All of our mirrors are made to order meaning that we do not keep any mirrors in stock but each object is made especially for each client. We therefore ask you to consider your purchase thoroughly before placing your order.

All of our mirrors are made by hand by MEAUI. STUDIO in Amsterdam and professionally painted in Nieuw Vennep, The Netherlands.

All objects are made to order by MEAUI. STUDIO. Hence, we need to confirm your order inquiry before you can proceed with your purchase to ensure availability, also based on our capacity. Besides that every order has a different Delivery Quote due to delivery location and product seizes and weight.

Current lead time varies and is specified for each object in the email response of your order inquiry or stated in the product description, but we try to produce it in 6-8 weeks.

Shipping rates varies depending on object and location. You will receive a shipping quote in the e-mail response of your Delivery Quote based on your preffered order or at the check-out.

No, as all of our objects are made to order we only accept payments in full.

We do not accept exchanges and returns of objects that are made to order or customized. All Wavy Mirrors are made to order.

For all other objects, we accept exchanges and returns within 14 days from receiving your object. Please note that the return shipping fee is at your own costs.

Sample Service means that you can order one or more color samples before making a final decision on the color of the mirror. This way, you can see the colors in the environment where your mirror will ultimately be placed. After placing an order, you can request one or more samples in the colors you are unsure about. Send us an email with the subject line 'sample service' and your order number. Once the order is received, we will start making your mirror right away, but there is still plenty of time to make a color choice before it goes to the professional paint shop.

Please note that the color of this paint sample may vary slightly from the actual color of the painted surface on our mirrors. We have done our best to represent the color as accurately as possible, but due to variations in surface texture, lighting conditions, and other factors, we cannot guarantee an exact match. We recommend that you use this sample as a guide and compare it to the lighting conditions and surrounding colors of your space before making a final decision.

First and foremost, we design our products to last a lifetime. We use only the highest quality materials to ensure our customers can enjoy their purchase for many years to come.

To minimize plastic waste, we reuse packaging materials from our spray shop and opt for paper tape instead of plastic tape.

Our frame material is "100% PEFC certified". "100% PEFC certified" means that all the wood used in a product comes from a forest that is certified by the PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification) and that the product itself is also certified by the PEFC to meet specific sustainability and environmental standards. PEFC is an international non-profit organization that promotes sustainable forest management and provides a certification system for forest products to ensure that they come from responsibly managed forests.
